March 2022 Development Update - Digital Freight Alliance
There have been some exciting new features added to the Digital Freight Alliance functionality this month. We have also optimised some of the existing elements.
Thank you for your feedback as it helps us to continuously improve our services.
In case you missed our previous updates, you can read them here.
Digital Freight Alliance 2.0
We have updated our website, powered by React.js. You will now be able to see new sections, benefits, and updated information on our website. This will improve your overall experience of using our site, as it is faster too!
Cargoes Runner page
We have worked hard this month to add information about Cargoes Runner on our website. Our site now features a page about Cargo Runner ERP and it can be found here.
If you are interested in reading more about Cargoes Runner, please visit the page on our website by clicking the link above.
DF Alliance Membership page
We have been able to update the DFA Membership page and make it more user-friendly. It has all the necessary information about our services in one place.
The updated DFA Membership page is now simpler for our potential members to navigate and provides easy access to all of the information they might need.
Digital tools page
We have updated our digital tools page and made it more user-friendly. You will find our descriptions of the most popular and useful digital tools in the market and how they can help you in your business needs.
All Premium Members receive 4 unique tools by default as a white-label solution for their websites. These are Logistics Explorer, Tracking System, Ships Schedules, and Cargoes Runner. Read more here.
Contact us page
Our contact form has been updated to display the phone numbers for all our offices. FYI: phone numbers are toll-free. You can find the updated list of phone numbers here.
Survey to improve your membership experience in Digital Freight Alliance
The Digital Freight Alliance is always looking for ways to improve the member experience. This week, we added a survey to find out more about how members want the alliance to work with them.
This is an important step in understanding what members want from the alliance and how we can best serve them moving forward. The survey will take only a few minutes of your time.
Growing the DFA community
We're pleased to welcome 164 new members to the Digital Freight Alliance. The DF Alliance now has 3,429 members in 190+ countries.
DF Alliance members have access to a global freight forwarding network that allows them to expand opportunities for their business and meet freight partners from all over the world.
