VILOG Logistics 2024: Ho Chi Minh Conference Summary
The Viet Nam International Logistics Exhibition 2024 will take place over three days, from August 1 to 3, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Experts in logistics and shipping from around the world were present. The conference was important as it encouraged you to learn from experts and discover new ways to trade in a changing market.
The SeaRates and Digital Freight Alliance teams attended the influential conferences and some private gatherings as well. It was very important and memorable for us to introduce the SeaRates marketplace and the DFA community to the global public. We learned a lot of new and essential facts straight from the sources you will learn with us.
Conference insights
The event brought together national and international suppliers and investors in the supply chain industry at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC). The conference kept a clear focus on the in-depth collaboration of the Vietnamese market with international partners, among which SeaRates and the Digital Freight Alliance were honored to present themselves. During the three days filled with the latest achievements of industry representatives, our companies were filled with useful knowledge, and reviews of in-depth cargo forwarding practices, and shared our own many years of experience in simplifying, automating, simplifying, and other improvements in digital logistics.
The event was a vivid example of fruitful discussions and practical workshops for many participants, including transport companies, logistics management software developers, warehouse and transportation equipment suppliers, and consulting firms. SeaRates and the DFA have ensured that VILOG - Logistics 2024 will be an in-depth collaboration with professional conference attendees to advance digital technologies to simplify logistics and trade facilitation in the region and around the world.
We were delighted to be honored to join to teach and learn the latest strategic solutions to run logistics, improve supply chains in the region, and create future solutions to realize the plans of our valuable customers.

Final thoughts: Future perspectives
The main goal of this year's event was to find better ways to improve the supply chain and make things work more smoothly. Our team wants to team up more to come up with new ideas and make things simpler for everyone. The meeting was very useful in showing us how to improve supply chains with new technologies for freight forwarding and shipping. We discussed this with a few people who shared their new ideas.
