We would like to express our gratitude to our customers and partners for providing us with continuous feedback. We are always innovating and improving the features of DF Alliance, and your feedback is essential in enabling us to do so. Here are the most recent changes that you should be aware of.

Membership Directory

Our Directory has been updated. If you are a premium member of the DFA, you now have the option of first seeing the directory of premium members from the list, and then free members if you do not find the desired partner.

Premium member KYC form

We made it easier to become a DFA premium member. After completing the KYC form, your account manager can help you become a DFA premium member. Please contact us for further details.

Notifications of new DFA members

From now on, existing DFA members will get an email newsletter several times a week notifying them of new DFA members joining on a daily basis. This will ensure you don't miss out on necessary business partners.

Virtual Office improvements

If you are a free DF Alliance member, then you have the opportunity to increase your tier. In your Virtual Office, you can see the benefits of free and premium memberships and choose the plan that suits you.

Growing the DFA community

We're pleased to welcome 87 new members to the Digital Freight Alliance. The DF Alliance now has 1,380 members in 197 countries.

DF Alliance members have access to a global freight forwarding network that allows them to expand opportunities for their business and meet freight partners from all over the world.

Performance Enhancements

  • Code has been updated and security upgrades have been installed
  • Text-based resources are served with compression (gzip, deflate or brotli) to minimize total network bytes.

Bug Fixes

There were several bugs in the app that are now fixed, including:

  • Minor changes to the quick registration form, directory, and blog were made.
  • SEO optimizations have been made.
  • The premium member filter in the Virtual Office has been improved; you may now search for members by country, or business name.
  • When you register a new company, the country code for the phone number is automatically added based on the country you choose.
  • When a member requests a password reset, the system does not automatically send a Reset Password email.
  • The user may immediately access the Virtual Office after completing the short registration process.
  • Fixed a problem that occurred when a user attempted to remove an account.
  • The DFA members' logos in the Directory have been updated.
